This form of bodywork involves an integration of both western and eastern modalities, as well as combining the physical and energetic aspects of the self to enhance communication between body and being and create a cohesive unit.

We each have a unique story and, although we may have a similar genetic and/or physical makeup, it is our story that sets us apart.

These sessions are tailored to each individual. The scope of the work in a session will vary depending on what it is you are working through whether it is physical, emotional or spiritual. It might be related to stress or injury, or perhaps it concerns what you ate recently, who you encountered, what you did or didn’t do.

By using various forms of bodywork and energy healing such as myofascial release, deep tissue, neuromuscular or sports therapy, relaxing Swedish massage, acupressure, shiatsu, medical qigong or intuitive touch, the communication and integration you receive will assist you in coming home to yourself, grounding into and occupying your body, healing yourself with your own innate information and finding the next step in your journey.
